Top notch - two enthusiastic thumbs up!
I was looking for a pair of diamond earrings for my fiancée, and came upon the whiteflash.com website via the forums at pricescope.com (RockyTalky subforum) - when I saw the Flower Cluster earrings, I knew they were perfect!
I ordered them with full confidence knowing others had experienced great customer service from Whiteflash. I also saw they had a "no questions asked" return policy, which was really important to me.
The earrings arrived and were SO beautiful. The diamonds are small, but that is why they are clustered together (the cluster effect really makes the earrings "pop" and appear as a larger diamond but with far more FIRE!), and they sparkle like little laser beams of beauty. The fire from the diamonds really has to be seen to be believed. My wife was thrilled as these were her first "real diamond earrings," and they honestly were SO affordable. For the price, and the beauty, I could not have been happier.
When it came time to choose a wedding gift for my bride-to-be, I decided on the Flower Cluster pendant to match her earrings - and Whiteflash came through again with flying (sparkling?) colors. I called and asked which size of pendant to get - and they asked me some questions to guide which would look best on my fiancée. They were spot on when she first put it on - the pendant was perfect for her.
My wife absolutely loves her Whiteflash jewelry. The quality is top notch, the diamonds are beautiful, the prices are very reasonable and affordable for fine jewelry. What's not to love?

Looooooooves the ring!!
My fiance loooooooves the ring! She's gotten a number of compliments on it so far and not only from family members or friends who are specifically looking at it, but from strangers in the supermarket or people standing in line with us somewhere too! The A Cut Above was definitely a great choice and it's delivering exactly what was advertised, the shine is outstanding in almost any light and we both couldn't be happier. We went to a bridal show and this one girl (who had a ring of her own) kept gawking at it and just couldn't believe that it was real; "No diamond shines that bright" she said and then we told her we hadn't even cleaned it in about 2 weeks, haha. Thank you so much for making this piece of our couple history such a great one!

Great experience buying at Whiteflash
I purchased a 1.3 carat good quality engagement ring from Whiteflash. I selected the stone on line. I was not sure about buying online and as their HQ is in Houston where I live I asked could I visit to inspect the stone. They were more than happy for me to visit and spent considerable time explaining about how diamonds are graded, and what makes a good stone. They showed me the stone I had selected and had other lower and higher grade stone of a similar size to compare it with. There was no upselling to try to get me to purchase a higher grade stone.
Between selecting the stone online and visiting their office the price increased online. They sold me the stone for the original online price.
I selected the setting from photographs in their office. The same photos are online. They did not have the actual setting in the office, so the selection was the same as doing it online.
Had I simply purchased online without the visit, I would have received an excellent ring, which my Fiance is very happy with.
I would have no hesitation about buying from Whiteflash online.

Pleased with everything in this experience!
I came by on Tuesday and picked up the ring. I think the best way to sum up my reaction is that I am speechless. I knew going in what the ring was going to look like, but when it was presented to me, I was filled with nothing but happiness and excitement. At that moment, it became real. I am highly impressed with it, and more importantly, the customer service of WF.
We will probably plan to purchase the wedding bands from WF as well when the time comes. I am planning on proposing on Easter in front of our families, so I am a bit nervous. Excited, but nervous. At the end of the day, I really am pleased with everything in this experience. I want to thank you personally for assisting in every way. Thank you.

I went for quality!
The delivery was perfect! We were spending the weekend out on the north fork of Long Island, New York visiting some of the wineries and celebrating five amazing years of marriage. I had been joking with my wife prior to the trip that traditionally "wood" is given as a gift after five years of marriage and that I would find her a nice wooden stick or hearty log to keep as a love memento. Well, it just so happened that unknowingly the Whiteflash box with the diamond earrings inside came in a red and black WOOD box. So while we sat at Sparking Pointe Winery on the back patio sipping on some champagne looking out over the vineyard on a beautiful calm clear day, I fulfilled my promise and presented her with a "wood" gift. She had no idea, was in shock, and began to produce "happy tears."

Whiteflash does it again!
The wonderful staff at Whiteflash have once again exceeded my expectations. We purchased a custom designed E-ring a bit over a year ago and recently returned to get our wedding rings done. We had to send back the E-ring to match it to the new wedding band and Whiteflash were fantastic in organizing insurance for the return as we were unable to adequately cover it from our country's couriers.
The whole experience was again fantastic and the end result is amazing and the E-ring and my now wife's wedding band match perfectly. My wedding band was able to be sourced from another company by Whiteflash as it was an unusual style that they did not stock so it was great that they could do this. We are so happy with the resulting rings and they even polished and cleaned my wife's E-ring before sending it back. We will definitely be back again in the future for more jewelry purchases and look forward to dealing with Whiteflash again

WhiteFlash Hearts and Arrows Diamonds are Beyond Amazing!
My story is a long one but I will try my best to keep it short and to the point. Before I get started let me just say that WhiteFlash is by far the best and should be the only option for buying diamonds!
Lets rewind 6 months ago when I started looking for a diamond engagement ring. I was invited to go to a "Diamonds 101" seminar at a local jewelry store here in Miami, FL. I walked in there with little knowledge on diamonds and when I was done with the seminar I felt that I knew a lot more BUT not enough. I knew that I wanted to get my girlfriend (I haven't proposed to her yet) the best I could possibly afford so I began doing research. The local store was pushing a Hearts on Fire diamond and kept telling me that they cut the best diamonds in the world. There is no doubt that Hearts on Fire has excellent diamonds but I had to find out if they were truly "the best."
I spent hours upon hours every day and night learning everything I could about diamonds (It's actually pretty disgusting how much I know now haha) and what makes certain diamonds "better" than others. During my research I fell in love with the whole "hearts and arrows" cut and how brilliant the diamonds are. I decided that I wanted to buy a diamond around 2 carats in the G to I color range and VS1 to SI1 clarity. Now for those of you that have looked at diamonds in this category with a perfect "hearts and arrows" cut you know that they can be a bit pricy. When I told my local jewelry store what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend they were eager to help but again went back to the Hearts on Fire brand. Hearts on Fire offered diamonds that I wanted but the costs were upwards of $50,000 which I was not willing to spend. I went back to the internet and began the whole research process again. I started comparing Blue Nile and James Allen which had nice diamonds but they didn't offer the highest quality that I was looking for. I stumbled upon WhiteFlash through some forums and was amazed at what I found.
I immediately started talking to a diamond specialist at WhiteFlash who really impressed me with her knowledge, patience, and eagerness to help. Not once did she try to push their diamonds on me or tell me to buy a bigger diamond, etc. She simply answered my questions and educated me even more. On some occasions I had the opportunity to work with a wonderful woman who happens to be the CEO of WhiteFlash as I found out later. Now I must admit I was a bit skeptical of buying a diamond online especially after the stories (lies) that the local jewelry store was telling me. The WhiteFlash team quickly put my mind at ease by offering to take more pictures of the diamonds I was looking at and they did everything in a timely manner sticking to what they promised on the phone and in emails. I can't explain how great it is to deal with people that respect their customers the way WhiteFlash does. I could go on and on bragging about how great WhiteFlash is but I think their track record of satisfied customers says it all.
I ended up getting a 2.2 (2.195 but nobody has to know!) "I" color VS1 PERFECTLY cut round diamond through WhiteFlash for under $30,000 and I still have a hard time breathing when I look at it! I took the diamond to the local store I was dealing with and the look on their face was priceless when they realized that I had gotten a better diamond for a better deal through a better (the best) company. Just recently I took the diamond to Mayors to look for settings and they had a GIA gemologist there and he told me over and over that my diamond was amazing and that Mayors would have sold it for over $50,000! Now that is wonderful to hear! I also want to add that the diamond I bought was A Cut Above from WhiteFlash and outperformed every single diamond I have put it up against and that includes Hearts on Fire... A Cut Above blows them away!
Again I can't express enough how happy I am with WhiteFlash. The diamond and the experience was truly amazing and trust me when I say this is the only company anyone should buy a diamond through... I have 6 LONG months of homework and diamond shopping to back that up!

Whiteflash was wonderful!
I am a bit OCD, and I wanted to know everything there was to know about diamonds before I purchased an e-ring. Needless to say, I spent many hours on PriceScope and WhiteFlash and learned a ton. I do so much research when purchasing $50 items off Amazon, so you can only imagine how intense this was for me.
The GF (and soon to be fiancé) and I had been looking around at rings for a few months, but just casually. I don't think she really knew that I was planning on buying something this soon, but I felt it was time. I looked around at a lot of reputable vendors that are PriceScope regulars and eventually settled with WhiteFlash because of a certain setting I fell in love with. It had all of the qualities that I knew the GF would love.
I worked with WF to get the ball rolling on the process. I had initially narrowed down the diamond choices to 3 separate diamonds, and since I live in the Houston area, I was able to come into their office to view them in person. I reviewed the diamonds, their similarities, differences, etc in a timely manner and the Whiteflash gemologist was very helpful. I love the customer service WF presented, not only over the phone/email, but also in person.
I went ahead and chose the diamond and the order was ready within a week or so and when I picked it up, they took the time to show me the details of the final product. I felt safe and happy with my selection of using WF. They gave me a goodie bag of things with the ring and even took the time to point out the AGS inscription on the diamond. It took me a while to see it on the girdle (bad eyes), but she was great in helping me locate it. All in all, when I walked out of there, I was very happy with their business.
I went with a 0.843ct RB VS1 I Ideal Hearts & Arrow AGS diamond. It was the best of the 3 choices and exceeded my initial criteria (within HCA limit of 2.0, color, and carat), so I was very happy. My GF has a size 4 finger and I think the diamond is going to look nice on her finger. The setting is a platinum tapered pave setting, specifically the Legato Sleek Line model. I highly recommend WF. Their customer service was well worth it.
