    I was not a first time buyer and I had done my homework - at the local diamond district and online, but it was reviews like these that made me take a look at WF as opposed to other online diamond retailers. Frankly, I''d never seen such positive reviews for any business and I was up against the clock: our 10th wedding anniversary in two weeks! I needed serious help. My first email got an immediate reply and a quick phone call confirmed WF could get me 3 cts diamond stud earrings, platinum settings, ideal cut, express shipped to me within 48 hours....which they did. But my customer experience went far beyond that...with knowledgeable customer service reps able to answer my several questions about the diamond pair and providing objective, candid advice at decision points and with setting options. The WF Hearts and Arrows ideal cut diamond earrings are simply gorgeous, and appear to glow in the dark! They were beautifully presented in a cherry wood box, complete with all requisite documentation, and included were a leather jewelry travel pouch and WF Toolkit (viewer, cloth and tweezers). And as if that wasn''t enough, WF were thoughtful enough to send us a separate gift to mark our 10th wedding anniversary. Bottom Line: gorgeous quality diamonds, priced right and EXCEPTIONAL customer service - WF is the total package.

  • Rest assured, This is the place to be!

    It was about 2 years ago when I hesitantly purchased the engagement ring from a "little known" Whiteflash. I found the company online through Pricescope. Literally, hundreds had helped me out and recommended Whiteflash. I had decided to call the company and get more information about making such an important purchase. The customer service that I received was top notch; I had made close to 20 calls, and talked to different associates at Whiteflash. They cooperated as a team, and assured me throughout the entire process. As soon as that ring arrived and I saw the incredible work, I felt like the luckiest man alive to have found such a great company. Without a doubt, I knew I would be coming back for the wedding bands. Sure enough, last Friday they arrived and again, we were completely stunned by the craftsmanship, and workmanship of Whiteflash products. Thank you so much for your unbelievable customer service and dedication to us. We will be back for sure for all our jewelry purchases, repairs, and services!

  • Perfect in every way!

    Was I hesitant about purchasing a diamond ring from an online retailer? Absolutely! I knew literally nothing about diamonds. The 4 C’s … huh? So I decided to do as much research before I purchased an engagement ring for my soon to be wife. My research consisted of hours of reading online and visiting brick and mortar stores to compare what I learned. During my research I came across hundreds of amazing reviews for Whiteflash. I read about how their ACA diamonds were simply stunning and their customer service was out of this world. Being a pessimist at heart, I thought, “Really? Are they that different from the local jewelry stores?”. My answer in short: Yes! – I ended up purchasing 4 rings from them in the last 2 years! During the search for the perfect engagement solitaire I sent Whiteflash a picture of what I was looking for. They suggested their ACA Princess X-prong. The purchase process was painless and perfect. There was constant contact across all fronts – sales, shipping, photography, payment. When we received the ring it literally took our breath away – so much sparkle and we weren’t even under the strategically placed lighting in a jewelry store. Fast forward 2 years (yes, long engagement) and we sent them a picture of custom wedding bands for the wife. She wanted two bands to custom wrap her WF engagement ring. Again, customer service was flawless. We received constant e-mail and phone call updates throughout (when the computer image was generated, when production started, engraving, pictures, shipping). The 2 custom diamond bands came last week and they were perfect. Everything we imagined and more. Seriously, their ACA diamonds are ridiculously gorgeous. Next logical step? – purchase my own wedding band from WF – which I just received this week. 2 years, 4 rings, the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and diamonds that blow away the competition: that’s what my experience with Whiteflash has been. Big thank you to Victoria and Vera! – huge help and great people to deal with. I can’t give Whiteflash a higher recommendation. I fully trust this company and can’t wait to do business with them again (do I hear anniversary gifts?!).

  • I''ve found my jewelry supplier for life!

    My now-fiancée popped the question last Friday! My three-stone trellis ring is absolutely breathtaking...that''s the only way to describe it! I have seen diamonds that sparkle in the sunlight but this ring sparkles in any light! The pictures you sent me were beautiful, but there is nothing quite like the sight of this ring in real life. We are so happy with the shopping experience we had; it was enjoyable from start to finish, and we have you to thank for that! A tiny hiccup with diamond choice partway through the purchase process was handled so gracefully and we have absolutely no regrets.     It''s absolutely gorgeous! I wish I could say I was astonished with its beauty, but every piece of Whiteflash jewelry I own is so spectacular that I am not surprised at all about how gorgeous this one is! I absolutely cannot wait to slip it on my finger. I already get so many compliments on my Whiteflash engagement ring, I may not be able to handle all the admirers once we add this lovely band into the mix!

  • All we can say is "WOW"

    My wife and I have had a day to enjoy this magnificent Whiteflash creation, and all we can say is ''WOW''. I have found far too often that consumer products fail to meet the hype surrounding it, and so it was quite refreshing to see that the ''A Cut Above'' brand was everything promised and then some. I cannot capture in words the sensational optical performance of these diamonds - to borrow a phrase from the Whiteflash marketing literature, it definitely has excellent ''visual balance''. The fire, scintallion and brightness of these diamonds, including the ACA melees were awesome in all lighting conditions, and even in the absence of light. My wife and I are definitely believers of the Whiteflash ACA brand and its promise. On another note, I want to thank you for your endless patience in addressing my numerous questions and concerns. Despite the distances between Houston and Toronto, and the countless electronic miles in cyberspace in between, I felt completely comfortable with this large purchase, and would happily recommend Whiteflash to family and freinds. I think one of the neatest things that the whole Whiteflash team was able to accomplish was that all along the process was the sense of tight integration amongst your departmental processes. Every team member I had the pleasure of working with was extremely knowledgeable of their respective specialty, more significantly though it felt like the hand-offs between departments were very well managed. Whiteflash''s service delivery is first-rate, and deserves equal mention to your high quality product offerings. Your business model should be a case study for service and quality!   • The most stunning ring I''ve ever seen!

    Everything went far better than I could have hoped! I proposed on a Ferris Wheel at the county fair, and after she accepted, her parents took a bunch of photos. We''ve had almost as many compliments on the ring and rock than on our engagement! The diamond is, without exaggeration, the most stunning I have ever seen (though I''m no expert) and I''m guessing the ACA cut is largely responsible. As for the setting, my fiancé was initially so taken with the ring that she didn''t want to change anything (even though she''s never loved the solitaire), though was later very excited to be choosing her own setting.   • Everything was PERFECT!

    I loved the ring!! she loved it as well! and so did everyone else she showed it to! lol the ring came out perfect, couldn''t ask for anything better for the price, I have already highly recommended you guys to everyone i know ;). The delivery was perfect, the ring was perfect, the price was perfect and even the pics were perfect!! On the pictures any way to get bigger pixel size on the pictures? just curious but no biggie. The proposal went perfect! well not perfect had some hiccups lol but overall went pretty well, she was definitely surprised. I proposed towards the end of the night at my parents surprise 40th anniversary party at our house. We had tons of family there along with her family there I just couldn''t miss this opportunity!! had it recorded and everything! Oh and she said yes by the way lol
