Quality, Gorgeous Diamonds and Equally Valuable Service

When I began looking for an engagement ring with my SO I was looking at Blue Nile. But then during my research process (Pricescope) I found Whiteflash. The service from the get go was much better than other online vendors and brick-and-mortar stores in my area. Whiteflash provided idealscope, h&a, aset and magnified images. I tried to do this with BN and also B2C jewels but they were unable to provide them because their diamonds are drop shipped and not in house. Also, Whiteflash provided images and pictures when I requested them. Since I'm in the Houston area I was able to see the final 3 diamonds that I had chosen side by side. Since we're on a budget we decided to go with the higher quality but smaller carat (0.83) and it is gorgeous. The service provided to me by my consultant from WF and the entire team was outstanding and I did not feel that it was just a sale for them. The entire process felt more like a service and wasn't pushy at all. Diamond buying for a newbie is a bit overwhelming because alot of the information out there is untrue and everyone just wants you to buy their goods that looks so flashy in their bright store lights. Another plus is that not only is their service great but their diamonds are picked by their experts and are onsite (the inhouse diamonds) and that makes a huge difference in the quality that you are getting vs a typical online vendor or B&M store. There is no way that you will walk out with a cruddy diamond from them if you go with their in-house diamonds. The lighting in their store is natural lighting and not meant to deceive. They provide loupes and the sarin reports as well when you're looking so you really know what you're getting. By the way, after my entire process was complete and I was waiting for my e-ring B2C jewels sent me an email asking, "What images did you want again?" That was hilarious and I'm so glad I hadn't waited around for them or other vendors to provide images that WF does automatically.
