Whiteflash to the rescue!

My wife and I originally went through a reputable Austin diamond retailer (who shall go nameless) with our wedding ring purchase. My wife wanted very specific things on this ring (u-prong, diamond cut/clarity, metal type, etc.). We were assured that our requirements would be met, so we purchased the ring. We were on kind of a tight schedule, so we got the ring in about a week before the wedding. Unfortunately, nearly everything we wanted was disregarded and the ring was completely wrong. Wrong ring look, wrong metal... even the wrong size. The diamonds weren't even that great. We were pretty much in a panic when we contacted Whiteflash. We gave Whiteflash a call and asked for the same specifics that we asked the above retailer. They assured us they could accomplish all that we asked for and could do all that in a week. Sure enough, we got the ring from FedEx the day before the wedding and my wife was over the moon for it. It was the right size, the right design, the right metal, and the diamonds were amazing. And not only that, but the ring was cheaper than the ring from the above retailer. They did all of this within a week, all the while maintaining contact with us from their professional customer relations staff.
