Whiteflash to the rescue!

My wife and I originally went through a reputable Austin diamond retailer (who shall go nameless) with our wedding ring purchase. My wife wanted very specific things on this ring (u-prong, diamond cut/clarity, metal type, etc.). We were assured that our requirements would be met, so we purchased the ring. We were on kind of a tight schedule, so we got the ring in about a week before the wedding. Unfortunately, nearly everything we wanted was disregarded and the ring was completely wrong. Wrong ring look, wrong metal... even the wrong size. The diamonds weren't even that great. We were pretty much in a panic when we contacted Whiteflash. And not only that, but the ring was cheaper than the ring from the above retailer. They did all of this within a week, all the while maintaining contact with us from their professional customer relations staff.
