Ken and I would like to thank you for the exceptional service you provided in assisting us in our engagement ring adventure. We looked at so many they all started to look the same. Deciding to design our own ended up being the perfect choice. It was a bit scary wondering if my ideas would make sense but you really pulled it off. Your knowledge, open mind, honesty, patience, being able to make sense out of my drawing... was appreciated. Opening the box/case made my heart skip. It was absolutely gorgeous!!! The center stone is so radiant and the accent stones are perfect... all A CUT ABOVE, of course. The platinum setting turned out awesome... it''s all so amazing. I find myself staring at it constantly. I will wear this beautiful ring with pride. I have received countless comments. Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
