Ken and I would like to thank you for the exceptional service you provided in assisting us in our engagement ring adventure. We looked at so many they all started to look the same. Deciding to design our own ended up being the perfect choice. It was a bit scary wondering if my ideas would make sense but you really pulled it off. Your knowledge, open mind, honesty, patience, being able to make sense out of my drawing... was appreciated. Opening the box/case made my heart skip. It was absolutely gorgeous!!! The center stone is so radiant and the accent stones are perfect... all A CUT ABOVE, of course. The platinum setting turned out awesome... it''s all so amazing. I find myself staring at it constantly. I will wear this beautiful ring with pride. I have received countless comments. I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.
