I work for a company that is renowned for customer service. Needless to say, I have very high standards. Unfortunately, far too often they simply are not met. That was not the case with WhiteFlash. WF was a pleasure to work with, met commitments, provided great advice, and reassured me throughout the process that my (large) investment was being handled professionally. Everyone had a role to play in the process, but no one ever gave me the impression anything was 'not my job'. When an individual I was working with was unavailable, someone else was always there to step in and that person knew exactly what to do. No delays, no excuses, no 'she'll get back to you'. In the end, I selected a stone and a setting, WF put them together, sent me the ring and my (now) fiancee could not be happier with the result. I certainly don't plan on going through this exact process again :) but if I ever did, I'd do it with WhiteFlash!
