I learned about Whiteflash through a couple of good friends who previously had positive experiences with engagement ring purchases. When I approached that time, I headed over to Whiteflash for great support both online and also in their center in Houston. Every staff member was knowledgeable, attentive and supportive, and they never attempted to push me into making a quick purchase or the most expensive purchase. In fact, there were times when they recommended options that would cost less because it fit my situation better at the time! I never felt like I was dealing with the typical ""used car salesman."" Whiteflash consistently treated me well, even when I did not make a purchase for over a year due to circumstances in my life. They never pestered me, but only checked up now and then to see how everything was going. Both my current wife and I had great experiences with them, and she is extremely happy with both the engagement ring and wedding band!
