I just wanted to follow-up and say that I was more than pleased with the diamond and the service provided by Whiteflash. Everything turned out perfectly, and I am was extremely impressed by the customer service that you offered. You always seemed to reply in such a timely fashion and went the extra distance to smooth out any issues that arose. We may come back to Whiteflash for the wedding bands! Thanks again.

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
