Hey Bob, Just wanted to write you a quick email to thank you for all your help in picking out this ring. I was completely shocked when we opened up the package. It was beyond my expectations and we are VERY pleased with the service and attention we received from WhiteFlash. We have never purchased anything this expensive online and we very wary of buying something we haven't even seen in person or touched. Russ feels compelled to write something on pricescope.com for future diamond buyers who were in the same position we were about buying form online vendors. We felt completely comfortable with you and will be back for future purchases!! Thank you again!!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I had an amazing experience working with Liza to pick out my fiancée’s engagement ring. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and made what can be a pretty overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. Liza took the time to understand what I was looking for and was never pushy. Her guidance throughout the process gave me a lot of confidence that I was making the right choice, and the final result was absolutely beautiful. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loves the ring! The proposal went amazingly, and I’m so happy I was able to work with Liza to find something so special for such an important moment in our lives.
