Everything went great! Thank you for all the help especially for helping me to throw her off course. She read the email and got so upset and disappointed that it would come later than expected. I had to appease her somehow. It was difficult but I was able to until we went out to a wonderful dinner where I gave it to her. When I gave it to her I could see all the emotions running through her face. Surprise, anger, happiness, and joy all in the matter of a few milliseconds. It made the experience of giving my fiancee the ring so much more memorable. Once again I have to thank you and all your associates, especially Vera , for helping so much throughout our first major jewelry purchase. (Not a bad thing to have it be our engagement ring) We will definitely recommend Whiteflash to all of our friends that we hope will be next to get engaged and hopefully in a few years we will be able to do an upgr ade.
