Bob, We received the ring from you guys today. The packaging was all in excellent condition and everything was included. Her reaction was ""wow, the pictures don't do it justice"". She hasn't stopped smiling since she got it. She loves it and that's great :) Thanks for your patience doing business with us and we look forward to doing more with you in the future. One thing she wishes is that she went with 5.75 ring size because this one is a tiny bit too large for her but no big deal. Again, thanks for everything!
