In words can''t describe how amazing it looks.

I just received the ring and I words can''t describe how amazing it looks. She will love it!!! Now the hardest thing will be not asking her for another month and a half!! Anyway, thank you so much. Working with you on deciding the diamond, setting and so on was one of the easiest experiences that I''ve ever had. You, along with everybody at Whiteflash have exceeded every expectation that I had going into this and I am deeply indebted to all of you. Thank you once again. Now, hopefully she says yes!!!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.
