Hi Debi, I have been working with Katie Homuth for about 4 months now. I just really wanted to write and say how fantastic she has been. It is a testament to Katie's patience and professionalism that I felt comfortable, and trusting enough, to increase my budget for my diamond many times over. She always showed me the utmost courtesy, politeness and kindness even though I know I must have been a trying customer at times! I am extremely happy and satisfied with the whole experience and I think that a shopping experience that lasted four months and remained fun throughout is really something to commend Katie and Whiteflash for! Becca was extremely helpful throughout the process. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, provided thoughtful recommendations, and helped me compare several diamonds without any pressure to spend more. I ultimately chose a 0.74ct A CUT ABOVE diamond, and I’m very happy with the result. The diamond is beautiful, and its brilliance exceeded my expectations. The ring is beautiful, and my fiancée loves it so much.

Becca was amazing throughout the entire process of rendering the engagement ring. Communication was excellent while I was trying to make the perfect custom ring. The ring came out better than I expected and my fiancée was absolutely blown away by the detail of it. Still after a month of giving it to her she still tells me everyday how much she stares at it throughout the day. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for sort of ring being made.
