I was left speechless for a moment or two.

I wanted to drop you a line to say I got my A Cut Above diamond on Monday and - well - I was left speechless for a moment or two. I don''t think I''ve ever seen a diamond catch fire like that when I first opened it. What a cut!! I was working with a local jeweller who is going to set it today and they''d never seen a H&A viewer before. I think they were secretly impressed, even though they did the usual spiel of ''should''ve come to us'' yadda yadda. Good for them they didn''t make a meal of it or I''d have walked out again - I''m not parting with that diamond for anyone (errr... apart from maybe one!) It''ll take about 8 weeks to do (8 weeks!!) but hopefully I''ll get to pop the question sometime at the end of September. I''ll try to get some pix on Pricescope when it''s done. Thank you very much, I can''t wait to see the look on her face! Best regards

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
