Absolutely Magic!

I received the pendant today, and it is absolutely fantastic! It has far exceeded my expectations! I was a little bit wary of buying such a diamond over the internet, especially with you not even being in the same country, and this coupled with the fact that I''d asked you to design a bespoke setting for it, meant that I wasn''t 100% sure what to expect. My fears were largely allayed through the contact you maintained with me throughout the process, and even more so by the fact you provided photos of both the wax setting, and also the finished product. However, nothing had prepared me for the sight that met me upon opening the packaging to see the pendant in the flesh! it truly is amazing and thanks again for this, and getting it to me in time for Christmas. Its been a pleasure doing business with you and I''d certainly use you again in the future! One small note, that other UK customers may find helpful when you next deal with them (and completely out of your control!), as I was having the pendant sent to my work address, it actually got held up in customs, thinking it was a commercial package rather than personal, so when I hadn''t received it on the Thursday, I phoned FedEx, who were very helpful and immediately released the package for delivery, and delivered it this morning! Thanks again, its absolutely magic! can''t wait to see the look on my new wife''s face on Christmas day!
