A Forever Whiteflash Customer

Just wanted to say hello and tell you thanks so much for the note and starbucks gift cards. It really was not necessary. I really do love you guys! I highly recommend you to everyone who talks to me about diamonds.... Even the guy at the bank when I wired my money today! ;-) I enjoy making people happy through diamonds and you! Whiteflash has proven to me over and over again that you have the absolute best customer service, no matter who I''ve dealt with. From the education, to picking the right stone, to the design and purchase, the banking, the pics and the shipping everything has been top notch! Tek absolutely LOVES her stone! Both her and her father are amazed to see how beautiful it is. At first I felt kind of sad that such a great stone was set in a pendant cause she seemed to hide it, but her and I chatted and I told her ""show that puppy off, it GORGEOUS!!"" Now she wears her hair away from her neck and got a shorter chain and you can see the stone sparkling from across the hospital campus! Her mom was so excited that she convinced her dad to look for a pendant for her in the coming months. Of course she will be a bit tougher, since she wants a heart shaped stone..... But I''m sure that you guys will come through! Anyways I just wanted to say thanks and I look forward to doing business with Whiteflash....FOREVER!!! :-))

I cannot say enough great things about working with Becca. From start to finish, she was incredibly transparent, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me make the right decision. It was a pleasure working with Becca and the Whiteflash team to design the perfect engagement ring for me and my fiancé!

Becca was great answering any questions I had and providing photos and videos of the diamonds that I was interested in. Every diamond that they showed me was gorgeous and I ended up picking a 2.09ct from their precision lab. They held it for me with a $1k refundable deposit while we were discussing a custom ring. They were very patient with me as I changed the ring design a few times and worked with me until I was 100% happy with the design! After paying for the diamond and ring, it took a little over 4 weeks. It came with a Cherry Wood Ring Box, which is a little on the bigger side, and nice packaging, including all of the diamond certifications. I would highly recommend Whiteflash! The actual diamond/ Ideal-scope/ASET/and Actual Hearts images/videos of their vetted diamonds basically guarantee you'll get a high performance round diamond (if that's what you're going for)!

My experience with Whiteflash was incredible!

From day one, Becca helped me out with the process. I was able to get in touch with her over email and on the phone. She is very patient, explained everything so well, and took the stress out out of the process. She remained in touch throughout and kept me updated. She was very helpful with the stone and ring selection and sent really good pictures and videos of the stone once it was brought in by them. The ring I selected was originally meant for a round stone (and I wanted an oval), and she was quickly able to check for me if that request could be accommodated by the ring-maker. As for the website itself, the experience there was great as well. The filters present on the site for searching stones are great, and I was easily able to narrow down my selection to a handful of stones after I did my research on diamonds (which btw, I would highly recommend - it is pretty cool to know all these cool details about diamonds). The service (aside from Becca) was also very great. They were patient and helped me process my payment through my preferred method.
