Hello Judi, I am a recent customer of yours and I wanted to write your company a letter of thanks. I think I did my homework when it came to purchasing a diamond. I spent at least twenty hours with local jewlers and they all wanted me to comprimise on a diamond in some way. Because I wanted an ideal cut diamond, that was D E or F in color, VVS1 or VVS2, and atl least .33 carat, everyone of the jewlers would have had to order something in for a fee, and spend two times what I paid. I wanted an excellent diamond in every way and you people had it. Thank you for offering such a great quality product. My fiance was held breathless for two minutes when I proposed to her, that?ˆ™s no joke. Our love is a gift of God himself, He gave us our love for each other, and I truly believe that He lead me to your company where I knew I wasn't comprimising. Thanks again,

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
