Simply Wonderful

We have just arrived back home from getting the ""RING"" and wanted you to be the first to know it is simply wonderful. It is better than I dared to hope for. It looks like an ice cube on my hand, I can''t take my eyes off of it. My husband wrestled with all the layers of courier packages until we arrived at the last one to open, neither one of us wanted to be the one to open the box, we just sat there for a few seconds. His first comment was ""that''s some rock!"" Denise you have been so patient with my SO many emails regarding bowties, flaws, setting, delivery arrangements and everything else I could possibly think to ask and Wanda''s quick response to my payment questions really eased my mind too. You were both great. I would recommend Whiteflash to anyone interested in purchasing a diamond. I hope, if I haven''t driven you too crazy, you will assist me on my next purchase down the road (maybe one for each side). Thanks again Denise you did a great job we are so happy with the awesome ring.

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
