Just wanted to let you know that the ring arrived safely with no problems at all at fedex. It is breathtakingly beautiful and sparkles in every light like a little star! The centre stone is stunning and huge and the setting is just perfect. Swoon over the head! The workmanship is amazing not a mark or anything at all. Thanks so much for helping with the purchase of the ring from start to finish you were very sweet and gave me helpful information and you were reassuring when I needed it all with a smile on your face and a kind word. I absolutely would not have been comfortable getting my engagement ring from an online vendor but for the fact that the customer service was excellent and always available. I can''t sing the praises of WF enough and will tell everyone interested in any kind of fine jewelry to come to you guys. As I told you I will be back shortly for earrings to match my ring and then maybe a bracelet...you''ve created a monster!!! Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
