I really appreciate your professionalism during this process. You have given me excellent customer service and I must admit that is rare these days. You have returned my phone calls and e-mails always in a timely fashion. You have been concerned with what I care about and have gone way beyond what I have come to expect. I am also very impressed with the Whiteflash concern regarding quality mechandise that is clearly the highest priority for your company. I worked with Becca and she made the process really easy. When the diamond came in she sent photos and videos so I could see exactly what I was getting and answered all the questions I had. Whiteflash sets an incredibly high bar for quality. You can't go wrong!

Becca was extremely helpful throughout the process. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, provided thoughtful recommendations, and helped me compare several diamonds without any pressure to spend more. I ultimately chose a 0.74ct A CUT ABOVE diamond, and I’m very happy with the result. The diamond is beautiful, and its brilliance exceeded my expectations.
