Excellent Value

The Appraiser was very impressed with my daughter''s diamond earrings- As I expected he said thay are exactly what I was told and he was very impresssed with the details you provided (Sarin reports, GIA certs., etc.) He also said the mountings are very nice and that the diamonds were set with great care to detail. He was very impressed and showed the information to the jeweler at the store. He said I got an excellent value. I couild not be more pleased with my purchase.Thank you. On the otherhand, the Appraiser was appalled at the diamond earrings that I received from Shopnbc.com.. They were not SI2 -as advertised - but I 2 and very poorly cut. He said they were not worth what I paid for them. Don''t laugh. Well they are being returned. Thank you for providing honestly, excellent customer service, and quality goods in the cyberspace industry. It does not appear to be the norm.
