Fine Detail of Craftsmanship

We wanted to take the time to thank you for your exceptional customer service and fine detail of craftsmanship on our recent ring purchase. The ring is EVERYTHING and MORE that we could have ever hoped for. Your description of the stone we had chose was right on and we absolutely LOVE it. Your ability to listen to us and get the custom mounting we had dreamed of done with superb precision was unbelievable. We had such little time to get this ring completed and I can honestly say, the whole thing has exceeded our expectations 10xs over. We took the ring today to be appraised and were told by the GIA appraiser that the center stone is definately an AGS 000. He was shocked to see AGS was just as you had said ""hard"" on the stone. Also interesting, it was rated an F in color as well. So all in all we are completely happy with our purchase and have recommended you to all our friends.
