It was truly lovely, I was very impressed.

It was truly lovely, I was very impressed. The jeweler, after the initial grumbling about how he could have gotten a great diamond, too, stated that the diamond was ""gorgeous"" and was clearly impressed by its quality; we looked at it under the 30x scope and he had nothing but praise for it. It is being set in a art deco pave setting, I am eager to see the finished product. Thank you for your assistance in this, I was impressed by WF's responsiveness, and will certainly use you in the future. As an aside, I could have saved a lot of money by using you all for the setting, but I'm glad to have a local relationship with a jeweler, too.

I meant to send a message last night to confirm that I picked up your package, but I was temporarily blinded by my diamond's sparkle, so I couldn't see the computer screen ;-) I am truly amazed, not only by the gorgeous diamond, but also by your presentation, and how carefully you packaged everything. My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
