I picked up the diamond on Saturday.

I picked up the diamond on Saturday. Thank you so much! I love it! Everything was delivered as promised and I even verified it was the right diamond based on the laser inscription. Today I took it to the jeweler to get it mounted and he commented how it was gorgeous. He asked the value and I told him the appraised amount; he thought that was a great deal, but I didn?ˆ™t tell him how I actually paid much less through your website. You were all fantastic to work with! No pressure and complete support and care for my needs. I contacted other diamond consultants and told them what I wanted, but they all took a long time to reply and didn?ˆ™t give me any choices close to what I requested. You were all very quick to reply and very helpful even despite the difficulty my bank gave me during the wire process. I will gladly refer you to others ?ˆ“ and even to myself for future loose diamond purchases. Thanks a million!

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
