Hi Tracy, I wanted to let you know that I received the diamond this morning and also had it checked out at a local jeweler and it was exactly what you said it was...verified and gorgeous! I'd like to commend you and WF for the exceptional experience. I think it was THE best customer experience I have ever received in my 28 years of being alive. You made me feel like I was the only customer you had. You were always there when I needed to speak to you. You did everything you said you would do. The whole process occurred in such an expedited manner. You never rushed me or tried any sleazy sales techniques. You were patient and informative and you really went above and beyond to make me happy and comfortable. I cannot thank you enough. FYI I am still contemplating getting the setting we discussed from WF. I will keep you updated on my decision after I do some more field research. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you! You are truly the best!

I meant to send a message last night to confirm that I picked up your package, but I was temporarily blinded by my diamond's sparkle, so I couldn't see the computer screen ;-) I am truly amazed, not only by the gorgeous diamond, but also by your presentation, and how carefully you packaged everything. My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
