Bob, Sorry I have not gotten a chance to email you sooner, it has been a busy week. I have received the ring, and it is just stunning and everything is perfect. The pictures do not truly do the diamond or the ring justice. The diamond is just beautiful, and the rubies add some great color. You can tell the ring maker he did a superb job. I am sure I will be contacting you when we decide on our wedding bands, I was very please at the whole process I can't wait to give my girlfriend the ring. I have not yet had the right opportunity to propose, but I want to do it soon. I know she is going to absolutely love it. I want to thank you for your time and promptness during the whole process. Your expertise was invaluable in the design and creation of the ring and I look forward to doing business with White Flash again. If I ever hear someone say they want a custom, unique or just stunning ring I am certainly going to suggest they contact White Flash. Once again I want to thank you for everything, and I am sure I will be in contact again.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.
