Got the ring the other day and it''s impressive. I haven''t much time to look at it under all light conditions but in the outdoors it was very white and bright! You were right, the prongs were very small and doesn''t cover the diamond up. We happened to go to the mall last weekend and she was even impressed with some of those diamonds and they had lower color/clarity grades (I/J, SI1/SI2). Certs were EGL and some other lab I haven''t heard of. So hopefully this diamond will blow her away when i give it to her. Other than that I was very impressed with the presentation of everything. The shipping and packing was great. The ring box, the tools and the box it came, the laminated grading report and folder is impressive. Excellent customer service from everyone, you guys know what your doing. Look forward to doing business with you again in future when I upgrade the ring to a larger diamond. Thanks for all your help!
