I really can''t easily summarize how thrilled I am

I really can''t easily summarize how thrilled I am with the fabulous ring and setting that you and your team created for me. It is truly outstanding. I absolutely love it. I learned a while ago, that in the pursuit of material things (which I fully enjoy), usually once you get what you wanted, you want something else. I can assure you that although I still enjoy occasionally wearing less dramatic rings on my right hand....this is indeed my favorite! Since we shared with you the history behind what brought us to Whiteflash that day in June, you probably can understand my reluctance and hestitancy to make the commitment that we made with you on this ring. I have no regrets. The design is just what I wanted and the quality and brillance of all the ACA stones in the setting, as well as the center stone...never ceases to bring me joy when I look at it. I often think of it as ""a (white)flash across a crowded room"", hence I sometimes chuckle to myself at the accuracy of the name of your company. The flash and fire remind me of the strong, positive influence my Mother has always been ( and at ""90"") continues to be, in my life. It is absolutely PERFECT! I will always treasure this ring and the pleasant memory of the planning, designing and ultimate delivery, which you insisted in making so special for Bill and I! (If you recall, I was anxious to just ""see the ring"". You had Bill romantically place it on my hand and then I got to ""see"" it! Thanks for that important memory.) By the way, the compliments from others have been overwhelming, but we all knew the most important (and toughest) customer was me. That was another part of our transaction that impressed me from our first meeting on through the entire process. You always focused on clarifying exactly ""what"" I wanted....and that attention to detail, helped to insure my satisfaction. So,in closing, Bill and I just want you to know that we really enjoyed the entire experience of working with you and your team and the results exceeded our expectations! It was truly wonderful....thanks so much. We look forward to working with you again in the future to commemorate other special ""life"" events.
