Bob, I just wanted to say thanks for all your help over the past month. I picked up the ring on Friday and it is exactly what I wanted and expected. I'm so happy with the craftsmanship, quality, and value of the ring and diamond, and will order from Whiteflash again. My parents told me I was crazy for purchasing an engagement ring online, but the service and product I received were superior to every store I visited before deciding to buy online. I'll definitely be a Whiteflash advocate now!...as a matter of fact, if you don't mind, I'm going to forward your contact information to my boss, who is interested in designing a setting for a turquoise stone he has for his wife. I'm much less nervous about proposing since I know the ring is exactly what she would want--I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks again for your patience with all my questions!

Her guidance throughout the process gave me a lot of confidence that I was making the right choice, and the final result was absolutely beautiful. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loves the ring! The proposal went amazingly, and I’m so happy I was able to work with Liza to find something so special for such an important moment in our lives. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you again, Liza, for all your help! We’re already looking forward to coming back when it’s time to pick out our wedding bands.
