Bob, I just wanted to say thanks for all your help over the past month. I picked up the ring on Friday and it is exactly what I wanted and expected. I'm so happy with the craftsmanship, quality, and value of the ring and diamond, and will order from Whiteflash again. My parents told me I was crazy for purchasing an engagement ring online, but the service and product I received were superior to every store I visited before deciding to buy online. I'll definitely be a Whiteflash advocate now!...as a matter of fact, if you don't mind, I'm going to forward your contact information to my boss, who is interested in designing a setting for a turquoise stone he has for his wife. I'm much less nervous about proposing since I know the ring is exactly what she would want--I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks again for your patience with all my questions!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash.
