Huge Hit

I proposed on opening night of the newly renovated 1931 Fox Theater in Spokane (actually the new name is Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox). It was a black tie affair in a beautiful art deco theater, and the Spokane Symphony was performing that night. After everyone had taken their seats for the first half of the concert, I stopped Liz at the top of the Mezzanine to ""pop the question."" She was completely surprised and excited. The ring itself has been a huge hit! The first thing most women say is, ""OMG, is that a carat?"" One woman was overheard saying that it must have been at least carat and a half. This is a huge testament to the quality of ""A-Cut-Above"" Whiteflash diamonds, considering this is an 80 point stone. Everybody comments on how much it sparkles, and her mother even stated she ""needs sunglasses"" to look at it (hahaha)! I want to thank you for your ""over-the-top"" service, and for providing such an outstanding diamond and diamond buying experience.

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
