I wanted to pay a sincere and grateful thank you to Whiteflash Words cannot express how pleasureable our shopping experience with you guys has been especially my consultant . . I felt as if I was talking to an old friend of mine, each and everytime I spoke to her. She knew exactly what I wanted, even when perhaps I didn't. She is truly a gem. This experience has been so wonderful, and I am reminded of that each and every time I look at my beautiful ring. My now ""fiance"" knows what a wonderful job she did by finding my beautiful stone. He's never seen a diamond sparkle the way this one does. He, too, is ever so grateful. Another special thank you to your diamond technical team. They were so attentive in answering any silly questions I had. We will always remember our experience!!!

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
