I apologize for not getting back to you on my delight and surprise at the absolute rightness of the ring that my husband and I ordered from WhiteFlash! I picked the package up at Fed Ex as was our agreement. I did not want to leave the Fed Ex desk without viewing the ring (who knows what could have been in the many layered box WhiteFlash sent?!) So I instructed the Fed Ex Customer Service Rep (a guy) to view the ring first. I opened the box facing away from me for him to view without me seeing it. He just said WOW! and I knew I had what I wanted. I turned it around, sighed, (with a few tears) put it back in its box and took it home so that my husband could place it on my wedding finger. I thought I would just wear it for special occasions. Oh, please, I haven''t had it off since. Without any help from magnification I can see the stars in all three diamonds. I am an artist and am quite discerning. The ring is elegant, understated, just the right size for my hand and finger and the sparkle snaps ""the REAL thing!"" Beautiful. I''ll definitely be back! Again, thank you for such a painless (if you don''t count the two years I searched for the right setting, diamonds, seller)experience working with you.

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
