Sheerah, I received the necklace this morning.

Sheerah, I received the necklace this morning. I can't believe it arrived so quickly -- I was so pleased with the service! I am also very pleased with the diamond. I haven't taken a closer look yet, since I've been at work, but the clarity/color are just what I expected, and I think the cut is beautiful. It catches the light wonderfully. I'm not 100% sure of the setting though -- I need to wear it for a little while and see how it sits, etc. There is a chance I will be in touch about switching it next week. In any case, thanks to all of you for the great product and fast service.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash.
