Sheerah, Sheerah, Sheerah - I apologize for my belated response to your professional and persistent inquiries. Yes, Sarah did receive the ring and adores the finished product. Thanks again for your stellar customer service and the talent of your Houston team. I've already brought up YOUR name with a number of my friends who've started the shopping process to seal the deal with their significant others. Again, my belated response is in no way an indicator of your service and the finished product. I've been so slammed at work and under-the-gun on a number of projects. I had an amazing experience working with Liza to pick out my fiancée’s engagement ring. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and made what can be a pretty overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. Liza took the time to understand what I was looking for and was never pushy. Her guidance throughout the process gave me a lot of confidence that I was making the right choice, and the final result was absolutely beautiful. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loves the ring! The proposal went amazingly, and I’m so happy I was able to work with Liza to find something so special for such an important moment in our lives. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you again, Liza, for all your help! We’re already looking forward to coming back when it’s time to pick out our wedding bands.
