All I can say is WOW!! The ring looks absolutely spectacular! It is definitely the most bedazzling of any of the rings we looked at. I am sure she is going to love it! Thanks again to you and your team for all the hard work and attention to detail. This is some of the best customer service I?ˆ™ve had in a long time and there are many companies that could learn a lesson or two from you guys. I?ˆ™ll be sure to sing your praises high and far!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
