I just wanted to let you know that I picked up the ring & band and that everything arrived, safe and sound. Kim was very excited to have her e-ring back and was thrilled that it was all polished up and looking like new! The band looks wonderful & well made -- they look so beautiful together as a matched set! :-) Thank you again for everything! You and Whiteflash have been amazing through both purchases!!! Kim won''t see the band until the big day, but I''ll let you know her reaction afterwards!

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
