The Diamond Cut is AMAZING!

I got the ring!! the cut is AMAZING! i''ve never seen a diamond sparkle like that!! i''m still trying to get my hands around whether or not i can see the color. it''s raining here and my walls are all beige, so i''m not sure if the tint i see is from the reflection or the actual diamond. it looks very white in my kitchen and bathroom...(i''ve been walking around my apt for 30 min now trying to get a feel for the color). did you get to see the actual stone? what do you think of the color, and what is the best viewing environment to judge it? it''s blinding me in most lighting, so i can''t tell!!
