Well Worth The Effort

Thanks so much for all your help. I picked it up in HK last week and proposed on Saturday night. Gwen loved it. I think it is beautiful also and am glad I made the change... Sorry to have troubled you so much. I was just looking back on all the emails and showing Gwen the process. Hopefully the rest will be easier... Haha. Thanks again for all your patience with me, but I?ˆ™m happy to tell you the end result was well worth the effort.

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
