Traci, I received the ring a few days ago and have been extremely happy with it. The entire process has far exceeded my expectations, from the interaction with the staff to the constant email updates to the diamond and ring itself (which is AMAZING), everything has been top notch. One specific thing I appreciated was when I had some concerns about the knife edge setting, you actually gave an opinion, instead of just some generic comment. Thanks again for all your help, I will definitely be referring friends your way in the future.
