Whiteflash has been absolutely amazing to deal with.

I''m really sorry for not getting back to you as I was extremely busy at work. I also just managed to show my fiancee the ring last weekend as we are based in different countries at the moment. The shipment was delayed because of customs and Easter weekend but that is the only disappointment. The solitaire ring is absolutely gorgeous , my fiancee just couldn''t believe how beautiful it is and I can tell you that she can''t wait to show it off to her friends :) And my ring is just so cool! My fiancee was jealous at my ring and she thought that my ring would overshadow her ring and I think I agree to a certain extent ;) You don''t often see many asschers around here. You guys have been absolutely amazing to deal with. Thank you for making the whole process smooth and easy. I have already recommend you guys to few of my mates who are planning to pop the question, and I look forward to work with you again in the future.

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
