She Cried!

The proposal went great, she was so happy and cried for about an hour. She absolutely loves it and people can't believe how much it shines in any amount of light!! The only problem which isn''t a huge one is that she has tried on many rings and has been sized to a 5.5 but this one slides on and off without any trouble and sh''e afraid she''s going to lose it. Is there anything I can do to remedy this? I know you mentioned before that it could easily be adjusted but I''m not sure what course of action to take. If you could get back to me I would appreciate it, thanks!!

I meant to send a message last night to confirm that I picked up your package, but I was temporarily blinded by my diamond's sparkle, so I couldn't see the computer screen ;-) I am truly amazed, not only by the gorgeous diamond, but also by your presentation, and how carefully you packaged everything. Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
