I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you to you, and the team for looking after me so well. I know I''m not the easiest of customers so your patience and care have been most appreciated. I love my new ring. I can''t stop staring at it! Its the most beautiful piece of jewellery I have ever seen - and I have seen a lot on Pricescope! Thank you for making sure it was perfect for me. I have posted a couple of videos on Pricescope - I tried to capture the sparkle and colours that happen when I am out in the sun! Once again, thank you for all your help.

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
