Good Morning!

Good Morning Tracy, How are you today, hows everything over the pond in the US? I?ˆ™m very good, everything went sparklingly (sorry for the bad joke!) well I am now engaged, yey!!! We had the special day/days at this amazing country manor/hotel. If your ever in the UK, and fancy getting into the beautiful countryside outside nasty London ;-) ). The diamond was perfect and looked amazing (even better than on its own) when it was set in the ring (I?ˆ™ve attached a picture for you J ), also a nice bonus was just got the valuation from our local valuer and its worth around ??4000!!! Wow, you diamonds really are the best! Thank you so so much again for making the whole experience of buying and importing a diamond, well ... perfect.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.
