I just wanted to send my sincere gratitude for all your work and correspondence. I am so impressed by the customer service level and responsiveness by everyone. I picked up the ring today and not surprisingly, the diamond is gorgeous and set beautifully and I can''t wait to put in my next order!! ;-) I will definitely be recommending Whiteflash to my friends, as the customer service far exceeds that of any local jeweler and the quality is stellar.
