Whiteflash does amazing work. But even MORE amazing are the staff at WF. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, informed, positive, supportive and happy to help. Even the guy who shipped the ring out took the time to e-mail me with his name, e-mail and direct telephone #. I can only imagine how much customer angst this type of service eliminates! Please pass on my thanks and appreciation for the customer service. There are a lot of people out there making rings. But not a lot who can make it a fun process! Thank you and your staff for that. P.S. the ring is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
