Phenomenal Experience

I received the package on the 16th and opened it immediately in my car outside the FedEx facility. I just want to tell you that you were right, I was/am very happy with my purchase, the ring is gorgeous. The whole buying experience from start to finish was phenomenal; there wasn''t a moment where I didn''t feel like I was getting top notch service.
