To all at Whiteflash, All I can say is WOW! I know I had seen the picture of it last night, and I know you hear this all the time, but the picture did not do the ring justice. It simply must be seen in person to be believed. The craftsmanship is impeccable and the quality of the sidestones is equally impressive. Your design and creation team did an excellent job making my requests become reality. It exceeded my expectations be leaps and bounds and the same is to be said for the service I have received through the process. Every step of the design process was done with such care and that is much appreciated. An engagement ring is such a special product and its wonderful to see you all recognize that. This also means that it is one of the things we are most picky over. I really liked the fact that I never felt guilty to ask a question or for a slight change in the design. Now I cannot wait to propose! I do unfortunately have to wait another 47 days for this to happen but I know the wait will be worth it. A special ring takes a special moment in order to present it after all. I should also say that I really respect your business model. I truly believe that the best way to build a loyal following with the advent of the internet is through impeccable service and quality. With how easily information can be shared, word gets out about a company that goes the distance for its clients. In fact, that is how I initially found your company!
