The pendant looks BEAUTIFUL

I meant to let you know that I received the pendant on Fri but things were so crazy I completely forgot! There's a new orphaned kitten in the house so everything is pretty much a big blur right now ;) Anyhow, the pendant looks BEAUTIFUL, everything I expected and more. Huge thanks to you and your team for making this happen for me. I have posted it on Pricescope, although I haven''t had a chance to take any real pictures yet due to the reason mentioned above ;) everyone was quite impressed with the photo you sent me though. I''m sure I''ll be speaking to you soon enough, my experience with your team and final product were just what everyone raves about at Pricescope. Again, thank you so much for everything!

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

The diamond earrings I purchase for my wife’s birthday came out beautiful.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
