Exceeded My Expectations

The necklace is absolutely gorgeous and exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated the number of phone calls and emails regarding the shipment since I was heading out of town at the time for an event where I wanted to wear the necklace. I picked up my necklace and was able to make it to the airport on time because of the great service I received from Whiteflash staff. As a matter of fact, I wore my necklace on the plane and several people on the plane commented on the beauty and workmanship of the necklace. I told them it came from Whiteflash and to definitely look to you for jewelry as I hadn''t hesitated to go back to you after ordering a gorgeous right hand ring last year. I''ll definitely be back!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I had an amazing experience working with Liza to pick out my fiancée’s engagement ring. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and made what can be a pretty overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. Liza took the time to understand what I was looking for and was never pushy. Her guidance throughout the process gave me a lot of confidence that I was making the right choice, and the final result was absolutely beautiful. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loves the ring! The proposal went amazingly, and I’m so happy I was able to work with Liza to find something so special for such an important moment in our lives. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you again, Liza, for all your help! We’re already looking forward to coming back when it’s time to pick out our wedding bands.
